Joan of Arc Medal
I created this scroll medal as a symbol of hope in the face of overwhelming odds. Working on a wall-sized painting of Joan of Arc (Jeanne D’Arc), I thought her image perfect for a uniquely shaped medal! I intended it to go to military women and men, but soon realized that the medal had a much wider reach, it has gone worldwide. People find comfort with the medal as they battle illness, go into recovery, or simply want to connect with their loved ones.
The medal can be worn on a necklace, or on a keychain, dogtags, on a bag, or in your car.
